OMG yes I knew about it, it was so confusing, becuase Shion is actualy Mion and Mion is actualy Shion!
because they mixed up with the elder sister when they gave Mion the tatoo , and instead the tatooed Shion, so they switched names, so Shion in Okinamiya is actualy Mion, the elder twin, and Mion is actualy Shion, who took the job of the heir of Sonozaki.
also, Shion and Mion switch their names often, which explains why Mion calls Shion "onee-san"
...
